We warmly welcome you to our apartment and hope you enjoy a relaxing vacation here. Our experience has shown that certain rules regarding the use of our furnishings and the conduct of our guests are helpful in making your stay with us as carefree as possible and in avoiding any potential misunderstandings.

1. Furnishings and Damage

We ask that you treat our furnishings with care and return used dishes to the cabinets only when they are clean and dry. Damage to furniture and furnishings can occur and is often easily repaired. Please inform us immediately of any damage that occurs. As a rule, tenants and their guests are liable for such damage and are responsible for providing appropriate replacement or reimbursement. For minor damage, such as broken dishes, this is usually not necessary.

2. Noise and Quiet

Hours Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels in the apartment to a minimum, especially regarding the volume of music or TV. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

3. Visitors

Your visitors are welcome in our apartment at any time for short periods. However, it is not permitted to allow unregistered guests to stay overnight in the apartment. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in a timely manner so that we can prepare the apartment accordingly.

4. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vacation rental. Please smoke only in the outdoor area of our apartment.

5. Pets

Pets are welcome in our apartment. However, please note that you are responsible for cleaning up any damage or mess caused by your pet or for notifying us immediately.

6. Security and Valuables

Always close all windows and the front door before leaving the apartment, and make sure to turn off all electronic devices. We assume no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.

7. Waste

Separation We ask that you separate and sort your household waste into the bins provided in the apartment.

8. Cleaning

Our cleaning service will perform a thorough final cleaning of the apartment after your departure, as agreed. However, we ask that you remove any major messes in advance and leave the apartment clean upon departure.

9. Check-in and Check-out

You may check into the apartment on your arrival day starting at 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM after returning the keys. Please place the keys back in the key box.

10. Keys

We will provide you with a front door key and an apartment key, and we ask that you treat them with care. Please notify us immediately if you lose a key.

11. Environment

We care about the environment, and we hope you do too. Therefore, please turn off the lights and all electrical appliances when they are not in use. Conserving water also helps the environment. Thank you.
